Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Senior CI/CD Devops Lead who can work within the Credit space on, On-Prem and Cloud (Salesforce/AWS) applications in the capacity of CI/CD, DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery

  • Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality

  • Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt

  • Guides the team on work breakdown and execution

  • Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria

  • Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team

  • Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)

Required Qualifications

Core DevSecOps & CI/CD

  • 10+ yrs DevOps/DevSecOps/Release Engineering

  • Jenkins, XLR, Merlin, Ant; Ansible automation

  • Multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, reusable templates

  • GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, PR governance

  • Pipeline observability, DORA metrics, artifact signing

Security & Quality

  • SonarQube, CodeScan, dependency & secrets scanning

  • Vault/HashiCorp/Key Vault secrets mgmt

  • Policy-as-code, zero‑trust CI/CD, hardened agents

  • Container/IaC scanning

Deployment Expertise

  • MuleSoft (CloudHub/Runtime Fabric), API Manager promotion

  • Informatica mapping/workflow automation

  • Salesforce & nCino: sfdx CI/CD, packages, CodeScan

  • .NET (MSBuild/dotnet CLI, IIS, containers)

  • Datical/Liquibase, Oracle, SQL Server schema automation

Environment & Release Management

  • Salesforce/nCino sandbox mgmt (refresh, masking, seeding)

  • Multi-env promotion Dev → QA → UAT → Pre‑Prod → Prod

  • XLR release orchestration, automated approvals

  • Blue/green, canary, rollback + environment drift detection

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • AWS deployments, Salesforce cloud integrations

  • Hybrid on‑prem/cloud architectures

  • Observability: Splunk

  • Docker/Kubernetes, RTF experience

Scripting & Tools

  • Python, Groovy, Bash, PowerShell

  • Nexus/Artifactory artifact mgmt

  • API integrations (GitHub, Vault, Jira, ServiceNow)

Desired Qualifications:
