As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you'll obtain required licenses and develop skills in client relationship management and financial advising. You'll work towards delivering comprehensive financial solutions and advance to higher positions within the company.

The Senior Investment Manager leads investment strategies for Financial Advisors, ensuring risk assessments align with client goals, and acts as a subject matter expert for investment-related inquiries.

Provide independent enterprise valuation estimates and reports for complex domestic and international companies to support leveraged loans and higher-risk assets. Build and test valuation models (DCF, market/transaction multiples, asset-based), analyze complex financial data and M&A transactions, respond to valuation queries, and deliver timely, well-documented workpapers while collaborating with credit teams.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, evaluate fraud/risk, recommend policy and segmentation changes, and provide analytical support using tools like SQL, Python, Tableau and Alteryx. Collaborate with product teams, conduct UAT, and produce insights for senior management to improve portfolio performance and operational outcomes.

Support Treasury Sales Officers on middle market client acquisition and growth by performing client and industry research, preparing pricing and profitability analyses, coordinating KYC/onboarding, maintaining sales data and pipelines, producing client presentations and pitchbooks, and assisting with implementation and training to deepen relationships and drive revenue.
