Job Description

Job Title: Digital BA

Location: CHICAGO, IL

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

· At least 7+ years’ experience in the Digital field with good exposure to WCMS (preferably Sitecore)

· Act as the Digital Consultant and SME to the client in the CPG field

· Must have had direct experience of client handling, preferably for US Geo

· Should have played role of Onsite Business Analyst or Account Engagement Manager

· End to end knowledge of Digital Marketing basics and concepts; Multi-site WCMS implementations and Sitecore in specific

· Functional knowledge of web-properties in the Digital Marketing world and how they operate;

· Experience in developing branding, customer acquisition strategy and digital marketing ecosystem strategy and operations

· Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Ops process

· Have overall domain knowledge (CPG) and Digital Business knowledge to understand, appreciate and guide client on best practices

· To be able to coordinate activities with various external agencies (creative agency, other agencies) and facilitate end-delivery for technical team

· Knowledge of certain key digital web property functionalities like e-com integrations, digital coupons, Ratings/Review, email-campaigns
