Job Summary: 

The Digital Designer is responsible for creating compelling, user-centered creative solutions that support business goals across multiple brands and lines of business. While this role is heavily focused on digital experiences—including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, and mobile experiences—it also requires the ability to design and execute across a variety of formats and channels as part of fully integrated marketing campaigns.

This role balances strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to deliver impactful work from concept through production. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a strong digital foundation who can confidently adapt creative across print, digital, social, presentation, event, and campaign-related deliverables as needed.

This position applies acquired design expertise to increasingly complex projects, demonstrates ownership from concept through launch, and has a track record of successfully delivering high-quality creative solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Design & Brand Stewardship

  • Create visually compelling and effective digital experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, social media, and mobile platforms.

  • Serve as a champion of the IGS brand, ensuring consistency while helping evolve and strengthen brand expression over time.

  • Provide design guidance and expertise to project teams, serving as a trusted resource for visual communication and design best practices.

  • Ensure all work aligns with brand standards, accessibility requirements, UI/UX principles, and marketing best practices.

  • Partner with marketing and development teams to create, maintain, and optimize website and landing page experiences within CMS platforms, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, performance, and user experience best practices.

Integrated Campaign Development

  • Design and execute creative assets for end-to-end marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and formats.

  • Adapt concepts across digital, print, social, advertising, presentation, event, and other communication materials as needed.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in developing creative solutions that support the needs of multiple businesses and audiences.

  • Translate campaign strategies into cohesive visual experiences that maintain consistency across touchpoints.

  • Understand production requirements and best practices across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring assets are optimized for their intended use.

Visual Strategy & Creative Problem Solving

  • Approach projects strategically by understanding business objectives, audience needs, and desired outcomes before developing creative solutions.

  • Balance past experience with fresh thinking to create work that is both innovative and grounded in design rationale.

  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond project requirements and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Develop creative concepts that solve communication challenges and support measurable business objectives.

Project Ownership & Execution

  • Manage projects independently from concept through final production, including planning, execution, revisions, and delivery.

  • Follow project briefs, kickoff information, and stakeholder guidance while contributing thoughtful recommendations throughout the process.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from concept development through final production and launch.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with Marketing Leads, business stakeholders, Product Managers, developers, and other team members to deliver effective creative solutions.

  • Interpret feedback from multiple stakeholders and incorporate revisions thoughtfully while maintaining design integrity.

  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing and the broader organization through curiosity, collaboration, and trust.

  • Present work confidently, articulate design rationale, and facilitate productive creative discussions.

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow designers, contributing to team success while sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required

  • 3+ years of professional design experience with a focus on digital mediums, including websites, landing pages, email marketing, digital advertising, and mobile experiences.

  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with public-facing websites, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.

  • Experience designing within established brand guidelines while evolving creative solutions to meet business needs.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience designing and implementing digital experiences within CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, HubSpot, or similar systems, with an understanding of content structure, page templates, responsive design, and marketing best practices.

  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.

  • Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of print production and campaign asset development beyond digital channels

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.

Salary Range:

$67,150.00 - $107,440.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
