About the Role:
You will report to the Director of Marketing. You’ll have a wide variety of projects — sales presentations, client promotions, ad campaigns, social content, emails, videos, infographics, e-books and more. You’re responsible for making our brand personality and visual language sing across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
- Execute EverPass's marketing design needs with a keen sense of design and visual storytelling
- Develop the overarching design strategy
- Help strengthen our brand guidelines and user-friendly design templates, while evolving our visual language and voice
- Fulfill client requests for custom promotions that will require you to design for many different brands (from Buffalo Wild Wings to ATI Physical Therapy)
- Participate in brainstorms with our writers, marketers and designers to come up with groundbreaking new ideas that generate new customer leads and brand awareness
- Keep up-to-date on design and marketing trends, technology and best practices

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $x - $x. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with the following will get us really excited:
- Motion design, with skills in Adobe Premiere or AfterEffects preferred
- Video production or photography
- Copywriting / creative writing
- Content management systems (CMS) such as Webflow, Wordpress, or similar platforms
- Platforms like Canva, HubSpot, Microsoft Office
- Must have experience designing for business

UPshow, the leading in-venue entertainment and marketing platform, is the first and only provider of white-labeled, digital interactive networks for retail and hospitality brands to engage customers and employees directly from their mobile devices.
UPshow’s technology makes it simple for large brands to build and launch engaging and promotional experiences on thousands of in-venue TV screens creating a revolutionary in-venue network that drives customer and employee behaviors at the point of action.

Its network spans more than 25,000 screens in venues around the world and is doubling in size every year.
As examples, Buffalo Wild Wings uses UPshow to operate their own BWW-branded “OT Channel”. Burger King uses UPshow to operate the BK-branded “KingBoard”. UPshow technology allows brands to create integrated TV-to-mobile activation experiences that drive new behaviors and commerce inside of their venues. The platform’s analytics display and measure the usage and ROI of all the content and interactive offers on these retailer-owned networks.
