Job Description:
- Lead complex audit issues for digital payments product(s) (e.g. Zelle, Bill Pay, Wires, etc.)
- Lead cross-product analyses for digital payments products, including leading control and metric analyses across digital payments products to identify opportunities for consistency
- Drive metric and control changes with product team(s)
- Proactively identify emerging risks and process opportunities across digital payments product(s)
- Execute monthly metrics for digital payments product(s) to be able to identify opportunities for improved controls across all platforms
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of digital strategies and process transformations to deliver industry leading solutions with impactful business results
- Manages a large program or a portfolio of projects overseeing timeline, budgets, and resource allocation
- Promotes governance, risk management, and analytics best practices to drive roadmap and prioritization at the portfolio level
- Supports a program or portfolio business case, funding, progress status, promotion, and advocacy across the bank
- Crafts powerful narratives and storytelling to drive awareness and rally support amongst executives across the bank
- Builds alliances, negotiates, and influences stakeholders across multiple levels and functions within the bank to drive outcomes
- Demonstrates critical thinking and leverages findings and data to make informed decisions across digital delivery, prioritization, negotiation, hiring, and staffing activities
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with audit, audit issues, risk, operations, business controls, or related field
- Ability to quickly analyze large, complex, data sets and pinpoint potential process weaknesses and risks
- Ability to design solutions to address complex problems and mitigate risk
- Detail oriented with strong focus on governance and documentation
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deliver high quality outcomes on short timelines
- Strong judgement and confidence to surface concerns
- Confidence in asking probing questions and suggesting solutions
