This group partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop strategies, build plans, prioritize efforts, implement changes, and measure outcomes. The Digital Enablement Support role falls under the Business Transformation group and focuses on responding to internal end user inquiries and ensuring our Coworkers are well supported on our CRM, CPQ, and PSA tools. The Digital Enablement Support is responsible for providing total customer care in response to inquiries that come in via Help Desk tickets, Teams chats, and our [email protected] email box. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive end-user experience.
What you will do
* Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Digital Engagement Managers, and Product Marketing.
* Build strong relationships with product end users such as Sales, Integrated Tech Services (Now known as Solutions and Services or S&S), Operations, Product & Purchase Management (PPM), and Finance teams.
* Develop clear and compelling communications to solve the challenges of our end users. It is expected that the Support resource will help scale these communications by working with WhatFix and Product Marketing to create PDFs, videos, etc. that enable our end users.
* Craft key messaging frameworks that highlight the product's value and unique selling propositions.
* Ensure messaging is consistent across communication channels.
* Contribute to product materials such as presentations, sales enablement tools, FAQs, release notes, and product videos.
* Comfortable speaking, presenting, and demoing capabilities to stakeholders.

Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* 3+ years of Business Analyst, Product Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
* Proven track record of successfully managing end users questions and requests
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience with Salesforce is required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage competing priorities demonstrating adaptability in meeting prioritized deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
* Demonstrated ability to effectively present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding
