The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team by executing strategies, maintaining databases, conducting audits, and providing administrative aid, while assisting with reporting and communication tasks.

We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team!
You will support the execution of digital marketing strategies and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate marketing tasks, deadlines and reports.
- Maintain databases and assist with email marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the marketing department.
- Auditing Blogs and Social Media accounts.
- Creation of reports and quality control.
- Support the team with ad-hoc marketing tasks, such as drafting copy for different marketing materials or coordinating small-scale marketing activities or updates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a project management role or assisting project managers.
- It is essential to have excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and task organization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM softwares).
- Excellent communication, especially towards clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a preference for marketing.
- English C1.
