About HOA Sales:

HOA Sales is the dedicated marketing and growth agency for a portfolio of HOA management companies across the U.S. As a division of The CAM Collective (a parent organization of 20+ HOA management companies) we drive digital marketing, sales, and revenue growth for our partner companies, so they can focus on what they do best: managing communities.
We operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable growth.

The Role:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the digital presence for HOA Sales and its member companies across web, search, and social. This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role focused on driving brand visibility, qualified inbound demand, and measurable lead generation across the full funnel.

You will be responsible for how HOA Sales and its member companies show up online, from website experience and SEO/AEO strategy to content distribution and social engagement. Every initiative should connect back to strengthening brand authority and generating qualified leads for the member companies you support. This role is equal parts strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Conversion Optimization

  • Own the HOA Sales website and manage member company web properties — structure, UX, conversion paths, and ongoing improvements
  • Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and support lead generation campaigns for member companies
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and member company leadership to ensure messaging aligns with each company’s brand, services, and growth objectives
  • Manage web performance, analytics, and user behavior tracking across all properties, tying insights back to lead quality and pipeline impact

SEO / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and inbound leads for HOA Sales member companies
  • Optimize content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery (AEO), including structured data, FAQ schema, and content formatting that positions member companies as authoritative sources in AI-generated answers
  • Conduct keyword topic cluster research; build and maintain a content roadmap organized around pillar topics that support brand authority and lead generation
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance; adjust accordingly with a focus on which efforts are driving brand awareness vs. qualified pipeline
  • Implement and manage local SEO strategies for member companies to improve visibility in their geographic service areas

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and grow HOA Sales’ presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, as well as establish and grow social presence for member companies where strategically appropriate
  • Develop and distribute content that supports brand authority and lead generation, including thought leadership articles, case studies, video content, and email nurture campaigns
  • Collaborate with member company stakeholders and internal teams to extract insights and turn them into market-facing content
  • Track engagement metrics and continuously refine content strategy to maximize brand reach and lead generation ROI
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging frameworks that ensure consistency across all member company marketing touchpoints

Analytics & Performance

  • Own marketing KPIs related to traffic, engagement, and lead generation across HOA Sales and all member company properties
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates to member company leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency and ROI, with clear attribution connecting marketing activities to brand growth and pipeline revenue

Requirements
  • 4–7+ years in digital marketing, with strong ownership of web + SEO and demonstrated ability to tie marketing efforts to measurable brand and lead generation outcomes
  • Proven experience improving organic traffic and inbound lead generation
  • Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AEO strategies
  • Experience managing or building websites (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
  • Comfortable operating as both strategist and executor
  • Data-driven mindset; able to translate performance into action
  • Strong written communication; ability to create and refine marketing content
  • Experience managing marketing for multiple brands, business units, or clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and how to leverage AI for content production and optimization at scale
  • Flexible location; Chicago preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B services or niche industries
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Exposure to the property management or real estate ecosystem
  • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as a complement to organic growth strategies

Why This Role

  • High ownership; you will define and build the digital engine across an entire portfolio of member companies
  • Direct impact on revenue and growth
  • Lean, fast-moving team within a broader ecosystem (The CAM Collective)
  • Opportunity to shape how a category-defining portfolio of companies shows up online
  • Rare opportunity to operate as a marketing leader with agency-level variety and in-house strategic depth. You won’t just execute campaigns, you’ll shape brand strategy across an ecosystem

Benefits
  • Compensation & Structure
    • Base salary: $85,000 - $90,000
  • Performance bonus tied to marketing-driven pipeline and results
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Generous PTO including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Short- and long-term disability (employer-paid)
  • Remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person collaboration
