  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, campaign results, and key KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership to support growth initiatives
  • Help build scalable marketing processes, systems, and best practices as GenLogs continues to grow

  • Strong writing and content development skills, with experience creating a variety of content formats including blogs, social posts, customer stories, landing pages, and campaign content
  • Hands-on experience managing social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website content
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and workflows and an ability to apply them meaningfully to increase marketing effectiveness and productivity
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams

BONUS

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or high-growth startup environments
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content generation, workflow automation, analytics, research, or campaign optimization

WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE

  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to understand customers, markets, and what drives results
  • Strong owners who enjoy taking ideas from concept through execution without waiting for perfect direction
