Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth across our digital ecosystem. This role leads social media strategy, content development, and influencer partnerships—leveraging strong copywriting skills, storytelling, audience insights, and performance analytics to increase engagement and strengthen brand presence. This position will be remote with periodic on-site requirements for photo, video, and content production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing priorities.
  • Lead content strategy and creation across organic and paid social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and influencer briefs that drives engagement and action.
  • Grow and engage digital communities through proactive community management and platform-specific engagement strategies.
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, including briefing, messaging alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, campaign performance), delivering actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current on emerging digital trends, content formats, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, audience behaviors, and emerging trends.
  • Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and negotiating deliverables and timelines.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of photo and video production, including basic editing and shoot direction.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
