Summary

The Digital Marketing & Web Analytics Specialist plays a key role in optimizing YA’s digital presence through marketing automation, reporting, and website performance improvements. Reporting to the Web Development & Digital Marketing Manager, this role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking across SEO/SEM, analytics, marketing operations, and web publishing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in digital marketing, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive measurable results. 


Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze performance across Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar tools; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for campaign performance, attribution, and ROI tracking using Looker Studio. 
  • Coordinate SEO/SEM efforts: apply SEO best practices to web content, contribute to keyword strategy, and work with external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals. 
  • Maintain and optimize website via WordPress: update content, conduct audits, ensure accessibility (WCAG), and implement minor HTML/CSS updates. 
  • Implement tracking and attribution standards: manage UTM parameters, campaign naming conventions, and Google Tag Manager for consistent reporting. 
  • Support marketing automation and lead management: execute email campaigns, nurture workflows in HubSpot, and prepare for Salesforce integration through data hygiene and attribution alignment. 
  • Streamline processes and ensure compliance: identify workflow gaps, improve efficiency, and maintain brand standards across all digital assets. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends (SEO, SEM, analytics, automation, testing) and contribute to special projects or strategic initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • Professional experience in digital marketing and web analytics, including at least 2 years of hands-on work with SEO, paid search, and performance reporting. 
  • Experience with marketing automation and campaign execution, preferably with HubSpot. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and dashboard platforms (e.g., Looker Studio). 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management processes. 
  • Experience in web publishing and managing CMS platforms, particularly WordPress. 
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking implementation. 
  • Experience creating and executing digital marketing assets, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and digital ad copy. 
  • Basic experience or familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS). 
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). 
  • Experience improving marketing workflows or operational processes. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and IT teams. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills; detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. 
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
