Leavitt Group Central (LGC) – A Leavitt Group Affiliate

Are you a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a digital environment? Leavitt Group Central (LGC) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Digital Personal Lines Producer to join our team remotely.

As a representative of LGC, you will provide clients with expert guidance, accurate quoting, and dependable support while helping them make informed insurance decisions. This is a commission sales role, with a strong emphasis on building trust, cross-selling, and creating a positive client experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide leads and prospects in making informed decisions by providing helpful, accurate advice

  • Follow company sales and service procedures

  • Finalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager team

  • Understand and apply knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems

  • Develop new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriers

  • Achieve new business, cross-sell, and up-sell goals

  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development

 

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

  • 1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiative

  • Able to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance forms

  • Comfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$24/hour, depending on experience

  • Commissions earned on new business and cross-sells
