Role Summary
Associated Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of digital banking products and experiences. In this role, you will shape product roadmaps, identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, and partner across the organization to deliver solutions that drive business growth specifically for our Private Wealth area. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of digital banking while working with cross-functional teams and emerging technologies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage the digital product roadmap for the Private Wealth area, prioritizing initiatives that deliver customer and business value.

  • Drive product strategy by evaluating customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Partner with engineering, delivery, and channel teams to bring new features and enhancements to market.

  • Build business cases and recommendations to support product investments and strategic decisions.

  • Analyze product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer experience, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful product execution.

  • Represent the platform in strategic planning and vendor roadmap discussions.

  • Monitor product outcomes and financial performance to support growth, utilization, and long-term success.

Education & Experience
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of product management experience.

  • 6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions.

  • Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience working within Scrum or Agile environments.

  • Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver digital products and enhancements.

  • Financial services, banking industry, or Private Wealth experience.

$115,780.00 - $198,480.00 per year
