What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day project activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating updates
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans under guidance
- Help identify risks and support development of contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and escalate deviations, risks, or issues
- Assist in evaluating deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations
- Support adherence to project standards, processes, and quality expectations
- Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, and communication
What You Will Have
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Working understanding of planning concepts and ability to support operational and tactical planning
- Project Administration: Working knowledge of tools and ability to support tracking and coordination activities
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and escalate decisions appropriately with guidance
- IT Project Control and Reporting: Working knowledge of tracking project progress, risks, and reporting status
- IT Project Management: Working knowledge of project management and ability to support execution activities
Considerations For Top Candidates:
- Typically, a college or University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, analytics, business, or a closely related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting digital or technical project teams
- Familiarity with project management concepts, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
