Job Description:

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the strategic architect for operational efficiency within our global channel ecosystem. You will lead the transformation of how we manage our various Routes-to-Market (RTM) by deploying AI-driven automation to reduce friction, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and accelerate revenue velocity. You will bridge the gap between our Sales Operations, IT, Partner Program, Sales and Partner ecosystem to build a scalable, intelligent, and highly efficient channel engine.

Core Responsibilities

  • Channel Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analyses across our channel RTMs and personas—Distribution, Aggregation, Resell, Digital Marketplaces and new channel business models —to identify, quantify, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities.
  • Technology driven channel automation and Intelligent Partner Experience: Lead the systems and data integration and implementation of automated and AI-driven solutions to optimize foundational partner data management for Partner Programs, dashboards, reporting and self-service support.
  • Revenue Operations Automation: Partner with our Distributors, Sales Ops and IT to automate complex pricing, quoting (CPQ), and end-to-end contract workflows to minimize human intervention and improve data accuracy across channel transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Technical Orchestration: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (Data/IT). Translate complex channel requirements into executable product requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
  • Scalable Infrastructure Strategy: Develop the long-term vision for an "Automation-First" channel platform, ensuring that our technical stack (CRM, PRM, ERP, and AI orchestration layers) is modular, secure, and compliant.
  • Performance & Data Governance: Define KPIs for operational efficiency, such as "time-to-partner-revenue," "cost-per-transaction," and "process cycle time." Establish robust data governance to ensure AI models training on channel data are secure and accurate.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Masters/advanced degree preferred) in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Operations
  • Experience: 15+ years in IT Business Operations, Sales/Channel Operations, or Enterprise Automation, specifically within a large-scale software or technology organization.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of the Software Channel Ecosystem (Distributors, Value-Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers) and the operational hurdles associated with multi-tiered distribution models.
  • Strategic Change Management: Proven success in leading large-scale process re-engineering projects in matrixed, global environments. Ability to influence stakeholders who may be resistant to shifting away from legacy "manual" processes.
  • Analytical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build business cases for automation investment, including ROI analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Enterprise CRM/PRM systems, API and systems integrations
  • Experience with Google Suite including Data Studio, Big Query, App Script and Google Gemini/Gems and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform
  • Coding experience- Python, Selenium, BOTs
  • Current with AI platform evolution technology & LLMs
  • Familiarity with iPaaS/Automation platforms and how to apply LLMs/AI Agents to these workflows
  • Understanding of data architecture and the ability to work with engineers on API-led connectivity.
  • Analytical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build business cases for automation investment, including ROI analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
