Role Overview

We are seeking a global executive-level, field-facing technologist to shape our AI infrastructure strategy and accelerate strategic partnerships and customer adoption. This leader will bring deep expertise in the infrastructure required to deploy, operate, and scale production AI, with particular strength in inference and agentic AI workloads.

The role combines technical leadership, ecosystem development, and direct engagement in strategic field pursuits. Working across business development, sales, product management, engineering, and marketing, this person will connect real-world AI requirements to differentiated solutions, product priorities, and market positioning.

Ecosystem Focus

Develop technical relationships and joint opportunities across three priority segments:

  • AI platforms, ISVs, and infrastructure partners: Organizations and ecosystems such as NVIDIA, ServiceNow, Dell AI Factory, and Cisco AI Factory.
  • Sovereign cloud providers: Organizations such as Globe Telecom, Reliance Jio, HUMAIN, G42 in the UAE, and OVHcloud in France.
  • Neocloud providers: Organizations such as Nebius and CoreWeave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead executive technical engagement. Build trusted relationships with partner and customer CTOs, architects, engineering leaders, and AI infrastructure teams.
  • Advance strategic partnerships. Work with business development to establish technical alignment, define joint value propositions, and develop integration, validation, and go-to-market plans.
  • Drive strategic field pursuits. Partner with sales and technical teams on high-priority opportunities, leading architecture discussions, technical workshops, proofs of value, and executive presentations.
  • Architect for production AI. Guide infrastructure designs for inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows, addressing compute, storage, networking, data access, orchestration, security, reliability, and cost.
  • Translate field needs into product requirements. Work closely with product management and engineering to identify capability gaps, prioritize AI-related requirements, and inform roadmap decisions using evidence from customer and partner engagements.
  • Shape branding and messaging. Collaborate with marketing to develop technically credible positioning, solution narratives, reference architectures, presentations, and thought leadership.
  • Enable repeatable execution. Equip field and partner teams with technical guidance, validated architectures, and practical deployment patterns that turn individual wins into repeatable solutions.
  • Represent the company externally. Serve as an executive technical spokesperson at partner events, industry conferences, customer briefings, and technical forums.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in senior technical leadership roles, such as Field CTO, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or an equivalent customer-facing position.
  • Demonstrated experience taking AI workloads from experimentation into production, with strong understanding of inference and agentic AI infrastructure requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including accelerated computing, storage and data platforms, networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and explain the tradeoffs among latency, throughput, resilience, scalability, and cost.
  • Experience building technical partnerships with AI platforms, ISVs, infrastructure vendors, or cloud providers.
  • Understanding of sovereign cloud requirements, including data residency, deployment control, security, and operational autonomy.
  • Proven ability to influence product and engineering priorities through customer and partner insight.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to connect technical architecture to business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for strategic partner and customer engagements.

Measures of Success

  • Strategic partnerships progress from technical alignment to validated solutions and joint customer opportunities.
  • Field engagement contributes to qualified pipeline, technical wins, and production deployments.
  • Customer and partner requirements translate into clear product priorities and delivered capabilities.
  • Reference architectures and field enablement improve the consistency and speed of technical pursuits.
  • Market messaging clearly communicates our differentiated role in production AI infrastructure.
