This role is ideal for a dynamic communications leader with a blend of fast paced agency experience and inhouse work within healthcare or life sciences. The right candidate brings proven strength in media relations, issues and crisis management, corporate financial communications, and compelling narrative development — supported by an ability to partner deeply with commercial, medical, and corporate teams.

You will help position Vantive as a global leader in vital organ therapy by driving clear, timely, and influential communications that protect and advance the company’s reputation.

  • Develop scenario plans, messaging frameworks, and response protocols; advise senior leadership during emerging issues.

  • Strengthen enterprise readiness in collaboration with Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs teams.

Corporate Financial Communications

  • Lead development of Vantive’s corporate financial and business strategy narrative as a newly independent company.

  • Support internal and external communication of corporate financial results, business performance updates, and enterprise milestones.

  • Partner with Finance, Legal and other executive team members to develop strategic  messaging, Q&A, press statements, and financial disclosures as needed.

Therapy Awareness & Patient Storytelling

  • In partnership with Corporate Affairs and Global Strategic Marketing, build and scale an enterprise therapy awareness platform and media engagement strategy that increases understanding of vital organ therapies globally.

  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing to develop and amplify ethical, human centered patient storytelling programs that reinforce Vantive’s purpose and impact.

  • Ensure alignment with legal, medical, regulatory, and privacy requirements.

  • Contribute to the development of a best in class global communications team and culture in partnership with the VP of Communications.

  • Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and position Vantive as a thought leader.
