Manage quarterly and annual transfer pricing profit reviews across jurisdictions, oversee entity profitability analyses, ensure accurate intercompany charge posting and OECD compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, drive automation and process improvements, and coordinate global finance, tax, and regional stakeholders.

Support US state and local income tax compliance and assist with federal and indirect tax work. Prepare returns, workpapers, estimated payments, notices and audit responses; contribute to tax provision processes, automation initiatives, and SOX-compliant documentation. Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams.

Lead Global Supply Chain Development to deliver a 3–5 year roadmap across Planning and Fulfillment. Drive supply chain transformation projects, improve OTIF and Planning-to-Fulfillment handoffs, optimize transportation and warehousing spend, partner cross-functionally to implement policies, analyze opportunities, prioritize projects, and deliver measurable financial and service improvements.

Lead U.S. federal and state tax compliance and provision activities including book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment, tax return preparation, estimated payments, and ASC 740 tax provision calculations. Lead and transform end-to-end global payroll across APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAs. Design a standardized shared-services operating model, implement global payroll platforms and integrations (e.g., Workday, JDE), manage outsourced vendors, ensure compliance and controls, drive financial reporting and cost optimization, and build a scalable global payroll organization while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders.
