Lead strategic messaging, positioning, and value communication for Vantive's digital products and services. Develop messaging frameworks, conduct customer and competitive insight, partner with cross-functional and regional teams to localize activations, support marketing assets and launches, and monitor regulatory and market trends to ensure cohesive global storytelling and go-to-market alignment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable internal platforms using IaC, automation, and CI/CD. Develop Terraform and CloudFormation templates, Python and shell automation, implement policy-as-code and guardrails, onboard application teams, monitor platform reliability, and document best practices to improve security, scalability, and developer productivity.

Serve as the Workday HRIS administrator for Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Talent & Performance Management. Support configuration, testing, implementation, ticket resolution, reporting/analytics, data audits, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and HR stakeholders.
