Design and deliver AWS-based integration architectures connecting clinical, supply chain, and enterprise systems. Implement API-first and event-driven patterns, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and hybrid cloud integrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting delivery teams.

Leads U.S. federal and state tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision and reporting, estimated payments, tax accounting, SOX documentation, and international tax coordination. Oversees external providers, monitors legislative changes, supports tax modeling, and drives process improvements using tax technology, Power BI, Alteryx, and AI tools. Provides technical leadership, coaches junior staff, and manages tax workloads, timelines, controls, and issue escalation.

Leads Vantive’s US Technical Services organization across field regions and depot operations, overseeing approximately 250 employees. Owns operational performance, P&L, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Drives service contract growth, operational integration, digital service transformation, Lean continuous improvement, and customer partnerships. Builds a high-performing culture through leadership development, succession planning, and change management while executing Americas Technical Services strategy across the United States.
