  • Transformation & Change Management: Champion transformation by leading change management, business process redesign, and role evolution to unlock sustained value from AI.

  • Impact Measurement & Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track AI adoption, risk, and business outcomes. Provide regular, transparent reporting to executive leadership and escalate critical risks or dependencies as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of experimentation, feedback, and rapid learning—updating the transformation strategy based on outcomes, sentiment, and new opportunities.

  • Communication & Executive Presence: Skilled in communicating complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and in delivering concise, actionable updates to senior leadership. Ability to influence and build trust at all levels, including with board, ELT, and business/technical teams, even without direct reporting authority.
