We are looking for a Director of FP&A to lead the FP&A function at UltraViolet Cyber. The Director of FP&A, reporting to the CFO, will own all sales & financial analytics, reporting and regularly partner with leadership, Achieve Partners and debt provider to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and all operating decisions are grounded in financial rigor.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the company's annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, monthly and intra-month rolling forecasting processes.
- Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve robust financial models to evaluate business performance, M&A opportunities, and product-level reporting.
- Management Reporting: Prepare clear, insightful executive dashboards and board presentations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads to manage operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems (e.g., Netsuite integrations) to streamline reporting workflows.
- Sales Analytics: Partner with sales to provide insights on sales activity and performance.
What You Have:
