What You'll Do
- Own the member acquisition engine, end to end. Set strategy across paid media, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels. Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, traditional media, and programmatic to maximize qualified member acquisition and ROI.
- Experiment relentlessly. A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, audience segmentation- every part of the funnel is a hypothesis worth testing.
- Make the budget work harder. Partner with Finance on forecasts, investment strategy, and budget allocation models that drive growth without outrunning operational capacity.
