Director of Marketing — Enterprise AI Solutions & Platform Enablement
We deliver enterprise AI solutions that help organizations modernize their products and operations using AI. Our work spans AI strategy, product development, and hands-on implementation, taking customers from idea to production-ready systems operating in real environments.
To accelerate and standardize delivery, we’ve built an event-driven AI platform that complements our services—providing reusable infrastructure, real-time integrations, and agent orchestration. The platform strengthens our solutions, but outcomes and execution come first.
We are hiring our first marketing leader. This is a hands-on role that will define how the company is positioned, communicated, and perceived as we scale from 100 to 500 people.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with sales to represent our enterprise AI solutions and delivery capabilities
- Own positioning and messaging for our services-led offerings
- Shape the voice, tone, and brand of the company as we scale
- Create and maintain sales-facing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
- Lead both organic and paid audience growth across select channels (LinkedIn, X, and others)
- Grow awareness among both enterprise buyers and top-tier talent
- Build the foundation of the marketing function while remaining personally hands-on
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience working with sales teams on consultative or enterprise deals
- Experience marketing services-led or solutions-led offerings
- Ability to translate complex technical execution into clear business value
- Experience building audience and brand from the ground up

You will work directly with founders and executive leadership to shape long-term positioning, not just short-term GTM. You are building the foundation of our brand — how customers, partners, and future employees understand us — as we scale into the next stage of growth.

This position is based in Chicago, IL. We have a hybrid working model requiring an average of 3.5 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside within the Chicagoland area; we are not considering remote or relocation candidates at this time.
