Job Description
As the Director of North America Channel Marketing for the Professional Commercial Radio (PCR) business, you will serve as a senior strategic architect responsible for driving revenue growth through our extensive indirect partner ecosystem. In this high-impact leadership role, you will align directly with senior sales leadership and channel executives to ensure marketing investments and programs are deployed effectively against the highest-value opportunities in the North American market.
This individual will bridge the gap between global marketing strategy and localized execution, serving as a senior marketing advisor to the PCR business. You will lead a dedicated team of channel marketing managers, fostering an environment of data-driven decision-making and marketing excellence to promote brand awareness and generate quantifiable demand.

Define and own the integrated marketing strategy for the North America PCR channel, aligning with revenue targets and long-term business goals.
Lead the development and optimization of multi-channel integrated programs, including vertical-specific campaigns, digital initiatives, and partner enablement.
Champion the "voice of the channel" back to global marketing and product organizations to influence future portfolio and program strategy.
Establish and manage a performance dashboard to track ROI for channel activities and marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline.
Architect a comprehensive partner event and field marketing strategy that maximizes brand presence and fosters executive-level partner briefings.
Oversee the execution of strategic customer events and partner summits, ensuring alignment between localized field tactics and global brand standards.
Produce high-level sales enablement materials and data-backed messaging that equip channel partners with critical competitive positioning.
Manage the regional PCR marketing budget and oversee strategic funding allocations from MDF and Co-op programs.
Direct the migration and management of co-op platforms, such as EmpowerFunds, ensuring seamless partner auditing and strategic fund utilization.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of channel marketing managers, focusing on campaign optimization and individual professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in channel marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
PCR Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of Professional Commercial Radio markets and the unique economics of indirect sales motions.
Financial Acumen: Advanced experience managing complex marketing budgets and multi-million dollar MDF/Co-op platforms like EmpowerFunds.
Executive Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills with experience influencing senior executive audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of aligning marketing strategies across diverse sales structures and complex product lines.
Target Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $200,000 USD
