Position Summary:
Under direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this position will be responsible for identifying and assisting in the execution of major operational and strategic initiatives to drive business process documentation, process vetting and testing, continuous improvement and project management. Projects can include new product commercialization, simplifying operations and improving restaurant profitability.
This position will engage constructively and cross functionally with all members of senior management team to complete projects and initiatives that help the company achieve its short and long-term strategic initiatives and financial goals. * Responsible for the operational excellence of approximately 40 locations over multiple states
* Provides leadership in operations, service execution and P&L management
* Provides support and mentorship to general managers and builds performing teams
* Analyzes store performance and strategizes with general managers on increasing productivity and optimize performance where needed

Preferred QualificationsEducation/Work Experience:
* A bachelor's degree preferred.
* Computer literacy and financial management experience
* Experience in a multi-unit leadership role in the restaurant industry
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Experience developing and leading teams and indirect reporting relationships, in the areas of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
* Demonstrated ability to provide teams with clear direction.
* Superior communication skills to influence, motivate, and manage diverse groups.
* Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills. .
* Facilitation skills to help teams solve problems, devise solutions, build teamwork.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of various business disciplines (finance, operations, technical, administrative, etc.).
* Willingness to travel extensively
