In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of Alliant Credit Union's partnership operations program. Oversee partner onboarding and ongoing operations and close collaboration across departments to deliver innovative partner solutions. Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $149,700.00 to $256,700.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop programmatic support of partners from onboarding and launch through to ongoing operations.
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Assist with transitioning newly-won business from the business development team to vertical business units.
- Support and manage discovery, ideation, and product solutioning with partners.
- Drive opportunities to closure with legal, finance, and product counterparts.
- Oversee product implementation and maintain a feedback loop for enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, understanding their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Establish KPIs and monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership on partnership performance.
- Manage and resolve any issues or escalations from partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in partnership arrangements.
- Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.
