You’re Gonna Crush it If:
- You have 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or client services.
- You have hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process - and can speak to attorneys about these services with authority.
- You've effectively led webinars and product demos for legal professionals.
- You have sold or supported the sale of litigation support services - you understand the full client lifecycle from prospect to ongoing transactions.
- You're proficient with Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/support tools).
- You communicate exceptionally well - both written and verbal - and know how to adapt your tone and style to your audience.
- You're a natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time.
