Typical hiring range: $149,700 - $256,700 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.

- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations across the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the organization's operational and long-term financial goals, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Establish relationships with divisional leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee procurement processes by developing and executing strategies, overseeing end-to-end procurement process, procedures and controls including requisition, sourcing, contract management, purchasing and delivery
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership to define sourcing priorities and align procurement with strategic goals
- Conduct market analysis and benchmark to identify potential suppliers, evaluate market risks and opportunities, and gain insights into competitive market pricing
- Support internal stakeholders in defining deliverables and service standards while leading demand management efforts and applying total cost of ownership principles to guide sourcing decisions
- Utilize procurement systems and tools to streamline sourcing processes, improve cost control and ensure contract negotiations with suppliers meet regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategic procurement decisions
- Lead procurement operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant purchasing across the organization. Drive initiatives that enhance automation, scalability, and operational excellence
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance, track KPI's, and drive process improvements
- Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem resolution decisions
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Years Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Management or related
- Preferred - Graduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Management or related
- Minimum - 10 Years of Procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or related
- Minimum - 5 Years of People management
In Lieu of Education
- 15 Years Procurement, supply chain, managing large contracts or projects, supplier relationship, supply chain including people management
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $149,700 - $256,700 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
