Duties: Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution, prioritizing initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer value. Lead the implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and high customer satisfaction. Position requires 20% domestic travel.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Computer and Information Systems Manager-related occupation.
Position Required Skills: Leading engineering teams, managing product roadmaps, and delivering high-impact solutions; Experience with API integrations and overseeing system architecture, scalability, infrastructure, and cloud-based deployments; Working with ERP, credit, or finance-related platforms; Overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and execution; Leading the implementation of enterprise-level solutions; Defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS products; Working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for infrastructure deployment; Designing and managing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture; Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab; Implementing role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and secure data transmission protocols; Ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS); and Managing logging, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure using tools like Datadog, Splunk, or ELK stack.
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $202,779.00 to $223,000.00. Bectran offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes: 100% paid medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield (choice of PPO and HSA plans). 100% paid dental, vision, and life insurance through MetLife. Options to participate in Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans. Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD) plans available for employee election through MetLife. Retirement savings plan with a 401(k) offering Roth and traditional contributions through Principal. 15 days of Paid time off (PTO) and 8 holidays off annually.
