Role Overview
As Director of Product Management - Health Savings Accounts, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, growth agenda, roadmap, consumer experience, platform capabilities, and performance of the HSA portfolio for an industry leading HSA administrator. This is a high-impact leadership role with the scale, assets, distribution, and health-plan connectivity to reshape how millions of people prepare for and manage healthcare expenses.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, general management, strategy, or related product and business roles within large-scale, complex organizations
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams, product contributors, or complex cross-functional organizations with accountability for business and customer outcomes in health benefit accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA, etc.)
- Solid understanding of how digital experience, platforms, APIs, data, technology, operations, controls, distribution, and business economics combine to create an integrated product
Comfortable using AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making. - Proven success owning end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, product economics, and measurable growth for a complex product, platform, or portfolio
