Product Strategy Execution
  • Develop plans to execute and communicate a compelling multi‑year product vision that unifies teams around shared goals.
  • Align direction and planning with company objectives, balancing customer impact, employee experience, and investor expectations.
  • Balance priorities and negotiate deliverables across all stakeholders and with engineering teams.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize work understanding and balancing what needs to be done with what not to do.
  • Communicate the product roadmap and evangelize with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on both client and business outcomes, creating value for both

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of Product Managers who thrive on collaboration and shared ownership.
  • Foster a "Win as One" mindset by encouraging transparency, empathy, cross‑functional problem‑solving, and trust.
  • Create clarity around priorities, decision‑making frameworks, and success criteria to keep teams aligned and motivated.

Responsibilities:
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security, Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Operations, and Regulatory Compliance to deliver cohesive, well‑executed solutions.
  • Resolve competing priorities by focusing on what is best for the business.
  • Champion a culture of open communication, constructive debate, and healthy tension that leads to better decisions and stronger products.

Product Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle efforts; discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Remove barriers for teams, ensuring they have the context, support, and resources needed to execute effectively.
  • Drive predictable, high‑quality product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals.
  • Create informative roadmaps that convey value delivery and ROI

Financial Reporting Expertise
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and market trends and translate them into clear product opportunities.
  • Partner with subject‑matter experts to ensure product offerings meet or exceed compliance expectations.
  • Build intuitive, scalable workflows that simplify complex regulatory processes for users.

Customer & Market Engagement
  • Serve as a strategic voice with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Lead customer discovery and feedback sessions to ensure the product roadmap reflects real‑world needs.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with product insights, messaging, and deep subject‑matter expertise.

Qualifications:
Required
  • 10+ years of product management experience; at least 5 years leading product teams.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise B2B SaaS products, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, Risk, Audit, or Compliance solutions.
  • Demonstrated success building products in highly regulated markets.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Skilled at synthesizing regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product direction.

Preferred
  • Experience with SEC Regulations, XBRL, data workflows, and integrations in compliance‑focused environments.
  • Background in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience guiding product teams in scaled Agile environments.
