If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.
We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Infios is seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented Product Operations Director to lead and scale the operating systems that enable predictable releases, consistent launches, and strong cross-pillar alignment across our product portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, CX, Analytics, and Executive Leadership — ensuring our product organization executes with clarity, discipline, and confidence at scale.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like
- Own and operate the Release Governance program, including readiness checkpoints, cross-pillar dependency management, and the global release calendar to ensure predictable, conflict-free delivery.
- Lead launch governance and GTM readiness orchestration, ensuring Product, Engineering, CX, Marketing, Enablement, and Growth deliver against defined standards and timelines.
- Drive high-impact Product 360 reviews, coordinating cross-functional inputs, validating signals, and delivering executive-level storytelling aligned to Celebrate / Challenge / Commit themes.
- Build, scale, and continuously improve Product Operations systems and tooling (Monday.com governance structures, dashboards, templates, SOPs, operating cadences) to create consistency and repeatability.
- Strengthen cross-pillar visibility and alignment across OMS, WMS, TMS, Platform, and AI by ensuring shared clarity around risks, dependencies, and execution health.
- Partner with Analytics to validate KPIs, adoption signals, telemetry (Pendo), and executive dashboards, ensuring leadership decisions are grounded in accurate, trusted data.
- Lead sunset and end-of-life governance coordination, including readiness planning, documentation, communication alignment, and customer impact visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement across the product organization by identifying systemic gaps, elevating governance maturity, and raising the overall execution bar.
What You Bring to the Team
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Operations, Product Program Management, Business Operations, or related leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- 5+ years’ operating at a senior leadership level (Senior Manager / Director), partnering directly with Product, Engineering, GTM, CX, and Executive Leadership.
- Proven ownership of release governance, launch governance, and portfolio-level operating frameworks across multi-product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operating systems, governance models, and structured execution standards.
- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with sound judgment and proactive risk identification.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — written, verbal, and visual — with the ability to drive alignment and accountability.
- Strong proficiency with operational and analytics tooling (Monday.com, Pendo, BI/dashboard platforms) and experience validating leadership-grade metrics and telemetry.
- Track record of improving predictability, alignment, and operational quality in growing or scaling organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications (Agile, SAFe, PMP/PgMP, Product Ops methodologies) are a plus.
