Our mission is to accelerate the Salesforce development lifecycle, support digital transformation, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.

About the Role

The Director, Product Security defines and evolves the enterprise security architecture and engineering strategy. This leader guides the evaluation, selection, and implementation of security technologies while establishing architectural principles and engineering standards aligned with business objectives.

This role bridges strategy and execution, leading security engineering efforts across application security, cloud, infrastructure, vulnerability management, and IT operations. The Director embeds security into the software development lifecycle and enterprise platforms while developing engineering talent and driving a shift from reactive tooling to an architecture-first security model that delivers measurable risk reduction and business enablement.
What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the enterprise security architecture vision, roadmap, reference patterns, and decision frameworks across cloud, application, infrastructure, and operational domains
  • Serve as the primary architectural authority for security, aligning strategies with overall enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and business goals
  • Lead the evaluation, proof-of-concept testing, and implementation of security platforms and controls, establishing measurable success criteria for all technical investments
  • Guide secure integrations across multi-cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and hybrid environments while scaling automation and AI-driven capabilities for threat prevention and response
  • Embed security architecture into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with engineering leadership to implement secure coding standards and shift-left practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to integrate security into broader enterprise initiatives
  • Act as a senior escalation point during complex security incidents and translate lessons learned into long-term architectural improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and grow security engineering managers and senior engineers while driving a cultural shift toward architecture-driven security

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of defining and executing enterprise security architecture strategy
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and modern security operations
  • Hands-on experience designing scalable architecture patterns across complex, multi-cloud environments
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor, grow, and manage technical engineering talent and security teams
  • Strategic, business-aligned mindset with a track record of evolving security programs from tactical operations to architecture-first frameworks
  • Strong bias for action and accountability, treating platform security and infrastructure with complete ownership
  • AI-driven mindset that leverages modern AI tools and automation to elevate developer experience, system reliability, and threat defense
  • Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement, with a focus on modernizing legacy environments, scaling platforms, and reducing technical debt
