About The Role:

As the Director of Program Management at Feastables, you will lead execution of all product commercialization initiatives across the business. You will own how new products move from concept to shelf, ensuring that every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard.

This role is responsible for building and scaling the systems, processes, and team required to support rapid growth. You will operate at the center of cross-functional execution, driving alignment, resolving risks, and ensuring visibility across leadership and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead end-to-end product commercialization across all new SKUs, innovations, renovations, and limited-time offerings from kickoff through launch
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, design, sales, commercial, brand, r&d and finance teams, as well as external partners
  • Lead Program management team including development, training and performance management of team members 
  • Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage display programs and store merchandising initiatives from planning through in-market execution
  • Identify risks, flag blockers early, and drive resolution to maintain timelines and launch readiness
  • Own communication across projects, including updates to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Build and standardize processes, tools, and workflows to improve execution efficiency and project visibility
  • Optimize cross-functional meeting structure and operating cadence to support scalable execution 

Recipe for Success:

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution
  • Proven ability to manage product launches or commercialization efforts at scale 
  • Experience leading through ambiguity 
  • Experience working across functions such as supply chain, brand, sales, and finance
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience identifying and resolving risks in fast-moving environments
  • Experience building and developing teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders
  • Experience improving processes and building scalable systems
