In this role, you will be a member of the Global Sales Enablement team and will lead the Global Sales Enablement strategy and programs for Sphera Global Sales Leaders and be a strategic liaison to all Sales and Sales Leaders

 

Requirements:  

  • Serve on a team responsible for increasing sales productivity and improving the efficiency of the Global Sales Organization through planned sales enablement activities  

  • Co-create the global sales enablement strategy for sales leaders in alignment with Sphera corporate goals 

  • Plan, develop, deliver, and support the Sales Leadership curriculum for all Global Sales Leaders 

  • Participate in the Global Sales Leader New Hire onboarding program with the emphasis on decreasing ramp time and increasing sales leader productivity to support the growth and scale of Sphera 

  • Coach sales leaders on their leadership skills and ability to manage their business 

  • Consult Executive Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps, conduct on-going needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs in coordination with the leaders of key Sphera Operations and Executive Leadership teams 

  • Establish and manage metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of the sales, leadership, and technical accreditations for all Sales Leaders 

  • Support and participate in all global sales enablement programs such as New Hire, MEDDPICC, Sales Process Optimization, Sales Effectiveness, Product Launches, and SKO as needed.   

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

  • 10+ years sales experience with a proven track record  

  • 5+ years sales leadership experience (prefer 2+ years Senior Leadership experience) 

  • Sales experience in a technical, complex selling environment including SaaS 

  • Global sales enablement experience in a technical, complex selling environment 

  • Experience in training and coaching sales and sales leaders  

  • Experience with Sales tech stack - Salesforce, Sales Enablement Platforms, Learning Management Systems, and Productivity tools  

  • Proven project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment  

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  

  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment  

  • Strong presentation skills for online, mobile, and classroom training delivery  

  • Ability to travel as necessary  

Pay:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
