Director / Senior Director – Business Development (Infrastructure Management & Security Services)
United Kingdom (Remote) | Full-Time | $160,000 – $180,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a Director / Senior Director of Business Development to drive net-new enterprise business across the United Kingdom and Europe for a growing Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS) practice. This is a true hunter role focused on building new client relationships, opening strategic enterprise accounts, and closing complex IT transformation engagements.

Position Overview

This is a market-facing business development leadership role responsible for developing new logos, building executive relationships, and generating $5M–$10M in annual revenue through Infrastructure Managed Services, Cloud Transformation, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, and Infrastructure Modernization solutions.

The ideal candidate has an established network across UK and European enterprise organizations and a proven ability to independently originate and close complex multi-million-dollar IT services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan across the UK and Europe
• Generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities within target industries
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline capable of supporting $5M–$10M annual revenue targets
• Identify whitespace opportunities and drive aggressive market penetration
Enterprise Sales Leadership
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other executive stakeholders
• Develop account penetration strategies for strategic enterprise accounts
• Lead competitive pursuits, negotiations, and proposal strategy
Solution Selling
Sell enterprise services including:
• Infrastructure Managed Services (IMSS)
• Cloud Transformation
• Infrastructure Modernization
• Cyber Security Services
• Digital Workplace
• Infrastructure Outsourcing
• Managed Services
• IT Consulting
Alliance & Partner Development
• Collaborate with cloud providers, OEMs, and strategic alliance partners
• Build partner-led demand generation initiatives
• Work with internal delivery, practice, marketing, and solution architecture teams to shape winning solutions
Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning
• Develop strategies to displace incumbent service providers
• Expand presence across key vertical markets including Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities, and CPG


Requirements Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience
• Proven success selling Infrastructure Managed Services (IMSS)
• Strong experience selling:
• Cloud Transformation
• Infrastructure Modernization
• Cyber Security Services
• Managed Services
• Infrastructure Outsourcing
• Digital Workplace solutions
• Demonstrated success generating $5M–$10M+ in annual sales
• Proven track record acquiring net-new enterprise logos
• Strong executive-level presentation and consultative selling skills
• Experience leading complex multi-million-dollar pursuits across the UK and Europe


Benefits Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000
