How You'll Make an Impact

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and manage sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to drive market growth.
- Team Development: Motivate and coach Sales Managers to meet objectives using peer and mentor strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze sales metrics, forecast, and boost sales volume and revenue.
- Process Efficiency: Oversee sales processes, manage funnels, and streamline operations for regional consistency.
- Market Relationships: Maintain market knowledge, foster stakeholder relationships, and support third-party referrals.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
- 7+ years of sales management experience in high-transactional, fast-paced, quota-driven business-to-business environments, such as telecommunications, wireless, or cable industries.
