Sales Hunter – EduTech

  • Region: Across USA

Target Companies: candidates should be only from Indian IT Services Companies and hiring company will not shortlist candidates from PRODUCT COMPANIES PLEASE

Experience: Candidates should not have moved jobs frequently, for example with 15 years of experience he should not have worked with more than 3 companies, average stint should be 4 to 5 years in one company.

Visa Status: Ideally US Citizens or Green Card Holders and open for H1 or L1 visa holders too.

​​​Our client​​​​ is seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter with a proven track record of acquiring net-new logos and driving revenue growth within the Education Technology (EdTech) industry across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of enterprise sales experience within IT Services, Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation services organizations.

This individual must be a pure hunter who has successfully sold consulting, engineering, cloud, AI, platform modernization, and digital transformation services to Education Technology companies, Education Publishers, Learning Platforms, Assessment Providers, Academic Technology organizations, and Digital Learning businesses.

The role requires building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Product Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Engineering Leaders, Platform Leaders, Learning Technology Executives, and Business Leaders to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Logo Acquisition


•    Drive net-new logo acquisition across the EdTech industry in the United States. 
•    Build and execute territory plans focused on Education Technology organizations. 
•    Develop qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, alliances, events, and strategic outreach. 
•    Create and execute account acquisition strategies for targeted EdTech accounts. 

Enterprise Sales

•    Prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate, and close new opportunities. 
•    Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution. 
•    Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and booking targets. 
•    Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.  

Solution Selling

CANDIDATE PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
•    15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, Net New Logo’s or strategic sales within IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, or Technology Services organizations.
•    Proven track record of acquiring net-new logos and winning enterprise accounts within the EdTech Industry.
•    Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
•    Digital Engineering Services
•    Product Engineering Services
•    Generative AI Solutions & Services
•    Data & AI Services
•    Cloud Transformation Services
 •    Application Development & Modernization
•    Managed Services
•    Platform Engineering Services
•    Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
•    Strong network and relationships within the U.S. Ed-Tech ecosystem.
•    Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and consistently exceed revenue targets.
•    Strong commercial, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
•    Excellent executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
•    Experience working within global delivery models involving offshore, nearshore, and distributed consulting teams.
