For our client's full time direct hire job opening, we're looking for an exceptional creative and strategic leader who can build, grow, and scale one of the most influential entrepreneurial media and education channels in the world.
Candidates must be based in the Austin Metro area or fully committed to relocating to collaborate in person with the executive and creative teams.
The Opportunity

You will lead the creative and strategic vision for YouTube (and adjacent video platforms), owning the entire content lifecycle — from concept to production to monetisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll drive a high-impact video strategy that fuels audience growth, engagement, and revenue across digital media, courses, community, and live events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the multi-year YouTube and video growth strategy for the brand.

  • Lead production of long-form and short-form video content: educational, inspirational, and entertaining storytelling that aligns with the company’s tone and mission.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class team of creative, production, and editing professionals.

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Community teams to align video initiatives with the company’s funnel, metrics, and monetisation goals.

  • Use analytics and viewer insights to optimise watch time, engagement, retention, and conversion.

  • Experiment with innovative formats, interactive content, and live events to expand reach and brand impact.

  • Maintain a high creative standard while ensuring measurable commercial outcomes.

    • Scaling a YouTube channel from <100K to multi-million subscribers or tripling revenue through content.

    • Producing standout educational or entrepreneurial series that transformed audience engagement and monetisation.

    • Developing and leading a successful team delivering impactful, high-quality video content at scale.

  • Combine creative excellence with analytical insight and commercial understanding.

  • Thrive in a fast-growth, founder-led company with a mission-driven, entrepreneurial culture.

  • Are based in Austin, TX or ready to relocate to join a hands-on, in-person creative environment.
