You should already have a strong network in the ecommerce ecosystem, and you’ll be empowered to expand it significantly. This role is pivotal in expanding Kintsugi AI’s footprint across ecommerce platforms, agencies, apps, and solution providers.

You’ll drive channel, referral, and technology partnerships that bring Kintsugi AI’s automated tax solutions to more merchants, platforms, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:Referral & Channel Partnerships:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate, agency, and referral partners in the ecommerce space.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize deal flow and ROI

  • Create and execute partner enablement content and co-selling motions.

  • Track partner performance and pipeline metrics, continuously optimizing output.

Events & Conferences:
  • Represent Kintsugi AI at ecommerce conferences, trade shows, networking events, and partner dinners.

  • Plan and host in-person and virtual events to attract and engage key partners and prospects.

  • Build brand presence in the ecommerce ecosystem through high-impact community involvement.

Technology Integrations:
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope and launch strategic integrations (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, ERPs, etc.).

  • Support go-to-market efforts for integrations—crafting messaging, marketing plans, and training materials.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4–6+ years in ecommerce partnerships, business development, or channel sales.

  • A strong existing network within the ecommerce ecosystem (platforms, agencies, apps, influencers).

  • Proven ability to build revenue-driving partner programs from the ground up.

  • Comfortable juggling a mix of in-person events, virtual calls, and internal strategy work.

  • A doer’s mindset—high ownership, low ego, and excited by experimentation and iteration.
