Key Responsibilities:
•Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards. Monitor changes in legislation and adjust company policies accordingly.
•Program Development: Design and implement EHS programs and policies that promote safety and environmental stewardship.
•Training and Education: Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on EHS practices, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety.
•Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
•Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of workplace incidents and accidents, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
•Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required. Track EHS performance metrics and prepare management reports.
•Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
•8 years of experience in EHS management or a related role.
•Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
