The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: 

The EHSS and Quality Senior Analyst is responsible for leading the data management and analysis for Justrite’s  Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality goals. This position ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, drives and delivers continuous improvement program, and manages cross-functional projects that enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and product/service quality. 

In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, EHS & Quality, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals. 

About the Team:  

As a member of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading organizations and top brands, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving initiatives that create a safer workplace. What You’ll Do at Justrite: 

Data Management & Integration 

  • Collect, clean, and validate EHS, ESG, and Quality data from multiple internal and external sources. 
  • Develop and maintain SQL databases and data pipelines for performance tracking. 
  • Automate recurring data collection and reporting processes using Python, R, or similar coding languages. 
  • Integrate data from Power BI, SharePoint, ESG disclosure tools, and quality management systems (QMS). 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize trends in safety performance (TRIR, LTIR, SIF, leading indicators), environmental metrics (energy, waste, water, carbon), and quality KPIs (defects, yield, customer complaints). 
  • Develop and track ESG reporting metrics aligned with GRI, SASB, CDP, and CSRD frameworks. 
  • Perform root cause data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights to strengthen EHS, ESG, and Quality initiatives. 

Compliance & Governance 

  • Ensure data integrity and audit-readiness for all reported metrics. 
  • Support compliance reporting to OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001, and ISO 9001 standards. 
  • Standardize data collection methodologies and definitions with regards to sustainability and quality. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Implement data analytics tools and advanced models (e.g., predictive analytics, anomaly detection). 
  • Drive automation of KPI reports and interactive dashboards. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, transparency, and digital maturity. 

Your Skills and Expertise: 

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 
  • 3-5 years of EHS experience in project management or similar role. 
  • Proven experience managing and visualizing datasets for EHS, ESG, or Quality systems. 
  • Strong coding experience in Python, R, or SQL (automation and data cleaning). 
  • Expertise in Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik). 
  • Experience with ESG frameworks and metrics (GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi). 
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and global safety or environmental compliance systems. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.). 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Strong project planning, organizational, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Office and field work environment;will require travel to company sites, supplier locations, or third party manufacturing  

Compensation: 

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,00. 

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
