Electrical Engineer II

Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design and Development: Designs and develops electrical systems and components using current technologies to meet project goals and industry standards.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyzes technical issues and implements solutions for moderately complex electrical problems, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Partners with crossfunctional teams to integrate electrical solutions and provides informal guidance to new team members to enhance team productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to enhance engineering processes and contributes to the continuous improvement of project workflows and quality standards.
  • Technical Documentation and Reporting: Prepares detailed technical documentation and reports to communicate project progress, system designs, and troubleshooting procedures to stakeholders.

  • Electrical Systems Design: Proficient in designing and analyzing electrical systems with good understanding of component function and testing.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex electrical engineering issues.
  • Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical engineering standards and best practices, such as DFSS tools and methodologies.
  • Project Coordination: Skilled in coordinating technical assignments and managing project tasks.
  • Effective Communication: Proficient in conveying complex technical information clearly and succinctly.
  • Team Collaboration: Adept at building productive working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Technical Documentation: Competent in preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of key business drivers and applying this knowledge to engineering tasks.
  • Mentorship: Ability to provide informal guidance and support to new team members.
  • Systems Analysis: Skilled in analyzing systems and data to develop engineering solutions, with competent skills in problem solving and trouble-shooting..

  • 4 Year Bachelors BS degree
