Job Description

About this Job

NIQ is strengthening the operating model for global revenue enablement so sellers, managers, and enablement teams can find, use, and maintain the right resources with consistency and confidence. The Enablement Platform Manager will help define and run the governance, administration, and learning-pathway practices that support scalable execution across Commercial Academy, onboarding, leadership programs, priority growth initiatives, and future AI-enabled enablement experiences.

This role owns the operating model, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of NIQ Revenue Enablement’s core enablement technology ecosystem. The manager ensures learning journeys, content structures, stakeholder intake, and platform operations are scalable, well-governed, and easy for sellers and managers to use.

This role is less about creating individual assets and more about making the enablement ecosystem work: clarifying ownership, standardizing intake and review processes, improving discoverability, monitoring content health, supporting learning journeys, and resolving operational decisions that affect the user experience. The manager partners with enablement program owners, GTM enablement, product marketing, sales leaders, regional enablement stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure the ecosystem is organized, current, measurable, and easy to navigate.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment. They bring strong governance instincts, platform administration discipline, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical operating processes.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Governance & Operating Model

  • Design and manage governance processes that define how enablement resources are requested, approved, organized, reviewed, maintained, retired, and measured.

  • Establish clear ownership models for content areas, learning journeys, stakeholder intake, review cadences, version control, and escalation paths.

  • Create practical standards for taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata, templates, lifecycle management, quality expectations, and regional localization workflows.

  • Partner with enablement leaders to reduce fragmentation and drive consistent global execution while allowing appropriate regional flexibility.

Platform Administration & Operations

  • Own day-to-day administration needs for core enablement technology experiences, including user experience, access coordination, configuration requests, issue triage, and operational readiness.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for platform-related questions, gaps, defects, and decisions that require prioritization or cross-functional alignment.

  • Maintain an organized backlog of platform enhancements, governance improvements, stakeholder requests, and operational risks.

  • Coordinate with technology, product, and enablement partners to support launches, updates, migrations, and process changes that affect sellers and managers.

Learning Pathways & Enablement Experience

  • Build and maintain scalable learning pathways that help sellers, managers, and new hires navigate Commercial Academy priorities, onboarding journeys, leadership programs, and GTM initiatives.

  • Translate enablement goals into structured learning experiences, navigation models, sequencing, and reinforcement plans.

  • Partner with content owners and program leads to ensure learning pathways remain current, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.

  • Improve ease of discovery so users can quickly identify the right learning resources, guidance, and next steps in the flow of work.

Content Governance, Maintenance & Quality

  • Govern content standards and maintenance processes rather than serving as the default creator of all enablement materials.

  • Assign and track content ownership, review schedules, lifecycle status, and maintenance responsibilities across program and subject-matter teams.

  • Monitor content health, duplication, gaps, outdated materials, and adoption signals; recommend actions to improve usability and effectiveness.

  • Support selected strategic updates or templates when needed, while ensuring primary content creation remains with the appropriate program owners or subject-matter teams.

Measurement, Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor usage, engagement, discoverability, learning-pathway completion, feedback trends, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Create regular insights and recommendations that help stakeholders understand what is working, what needs maintenance, and where governance or administration should improve.

  • Use seller, manager, field, and stakeholder feedback to refine structures, processes, learning journeys, and platform operations.

  • Stay current with AI-enabled enablement capabilities and recommend practical ways to improve administration, governance, knowledge management, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4–10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, learning operations, enablement technology administration, governance, knowledge management, or a related role; level dependent on scope and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience creating or managing governance processes, operating models, intake workflows, stakeholder review cadences, standards, or lifecycle management practices.

  • Experience administering or operationalizing enablement technology, learning systems, SharePoint or similar content hubs, knowledge bases, or workflow tools.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, seller workflows, onboarding needs, and manager enablement requirements.

  • Ability to build learning pathways, organize complex information, and design user experiences that improve discoverability and adoption.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Curiosity about AI-enabled enablement, knowledge management, automation, and emerging platform capabilities.
