You'll work directly with the Director of Energy Markets and collaborate across Operations, Settlements, and Account Management teams.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end program administration for NYISO ICAP/SCR and PJM capacity programs—enrollments, compliance documentation, registration deadlines, and audit readiness
- Track client performance against program requirements; proactively flag issues and coordinate resolution
- Monitor NYISO and PJM market rule changes, tariff filings, and program modifications; prepare market intelligence briefings
- Support capacity auction analysis and bid strategy development
- Prepare client performance reports and contribute to proposals for US business development
- Develop and maintain program SOPs, compliance checklists, and process documentation
- 2-4 years in the energy industry - demand response, load management, or utility program experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with ISO/RTO market structures—NYISO and/or PJM experience preferred but not required
- Understanding of demand response program mechanics: capacity obligations, performance measurement, compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort navigating ISO portals and large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication—can translate technical concepts into client-ready deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field

- Competitive base salary between $68,000 - $90,000 plus bonus
