Position Title: Engagement Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time
About Aux Insights
Aux Insights helps private equity firms and their portfolio companies unlock growth through smarter marketing. We combine strategic consulting rigor with digital marketing firepower to drive results that matter—fast. Founded by Kasey Grelle and Jesse Pujji, we’re building the go-to growth marketing partner for PE-backed businesses that want to scale smarter.
The Role
We’re looking for an Engagement Manager to lead client delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and bring clarity, insight, and speed to every engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning messy growth questions into structured strategies—and then rolling up their sleeves to get it done. You’ll be the bridge between data and decision-makers, strategy and execution, clients and creatives.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead Client Engagements
- Own day-to-day management of client projects: scoping, planning, and delivering results.
- Translate business goals into clear, data-informed marketing strategies.
- Build trust with clients by being both a strategic partner and a hands-on problem solver.
🔹 Drive Growth Marketing Execution
- Lead channel strategy across paid media, landing pages, experimentation, and analytics.
- Develop and oversee test plans that drive learning and ROI.
- Pressure-test ideas and manage creative execution with an eye on performance.
🔹 Manage Teams & Talent
- Work together with the leadership team, associates and channel experts to address client challenges, act swiftly, and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide direction and coaching to junior team members; help raise the bar across the board.
🔹 Optimize Delivery & Client Success
- Ensure deliverables are client-ready and backed by data.
- Look ahead and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and scope extensions.
- Continuously refine internal tools, processes, and workflows to improve how we deliver.
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial Consultant: You have top-tier consulting experience and apply an ownership mindset driven by innovation and initiative.
- Strategic Marketer: You’ve led complex marketing initiatives and know how to communicate the “why,” not just the “what.”
- Client-Centric Operator: You build trust fast, deliver with excellence, and know how to manage expectations and stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinker: You’re fluent in performance data and can distill signal from noise to drive smarter decisions.
- Team Leader: You’ve managed small teams or pods and know how to delegate, mentor, and model great work.
- Fast-Mover: You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments—and bring order to chaos when needed.
- Growth-Oriented: You’re curious, coachable, and eager to level up alongside a team that’s building something big.
- Versatile Marketer with Real-World Experience: You’ve built marketing strategies and executed across consulting, agency, or in-house roles—ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Hands-On Doer: You’ve rolled up your sleeves with ad platforms, analytics, and no-code tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Looker) and know what it takes to get things live and working.
- Commercially Savvy: You understand what drives growth in PE-backed or founder-led businesses—and how to navigate the nuances even if you haven’t worked directly inside one.
Why Aux?
- Make an Impact: Work directly with C-suite leaders and deliver marketing strategies that drive real revenue.
- Learn & Grow: Be surrounded by smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about the work and the team.
- Build with Us: Aux is scaling fast. You’ll help shape how we work, grow, and serve our clients.
- Work Anywhere: We’re remote-first and results-focused.
- Have a Life: We care about great work, not burnout. Flexibility and sustainability matter to us.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $275,000 (for full-time roles)
- Compensation will vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses (individual and business performance)
- Other Structures: Part-time and contractor roles are available, with competitive hourly/project-based rates
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and more (for eligible full-time roles)
