Job Description Summary:

The Engineer is responsible for administration, end-user support, and monitoring of the Java Applications and Genesys Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development/Support experience in Java, microservices, Spring boot, Spring Framework - 4+ years
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production
  • Minor production bug fixes and minor enhancement.
  • Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service
  • Will be the main POC of Java Applications but will be trained to support Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Demonstrate analytical programming and problem-solving skills including software operation diagnostics.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a role supporting a Java Application, Springboot Framework and Middleware.
  • Strong English communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and development experience in Java Applications and middleware.
  • Familiarity in Java SpringBoot Framework, JSP
  • Experience in Java integration – SOAP and REST
