    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver compelling value propositions, custom RFPs, and seamless deal closures.

    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of retail, CPG, and e-commerce industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging digital marketing strategies to effectively position Bazaarvoice as a market leader.

What You'll Bring:

    • Proven Sales Track Record: 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1.5M+ annual quota.

    • E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Expertise: Prior success selling SaaS solutions into CPG brands, enterprise retailers, or digital commerce ecosystems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, E-Commerce platforms, UGC, Influencer Platforms, MarTech).

    • Enterprise Deal Complexity: Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles (6–12 months) with contract values ($100k–$500k+ ARR) and negotiating contracts with executive procurement/legal teams.

    • Sales Methodology Fluency: Proficient in structured enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Command of the Message.

    • C-Suite Presence: Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level presence.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
