The North America Sales organization at Signifyd is dedicated to empowering e-commerce businesses to grow fearlessly by eliminating fraud, preventing chargebacks, and safeguarding their bottom line. Our primary focus is on driving new logo acquisition, partnering with online merchants across diverse industries—from leading enterprise retailers to rapidly growing e-commerce businesses—to maximize their revenue by approving more legitimate orders and significantly reducing the financial burden of fraud and consumer abuse.
We provide a cutting-edge Commerce Protection Platform that leverages advanced ML and our vast global Commerce Network to deliver real-time, guaranteed decisions on every transaction. To effectively penetrate and expand within the market, our team thrives on deep cross-functional collaboration. We work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineering to craft bespoke demonstrations, Marketing for targeted outreach campaigns, Product for roadmap insights and deep-dives, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value for our new clients. The Role:
Signifyd is looking to expand the Enterprise Accounts team with the goal of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with some of the largest and most admired brands in the world. We are looking for strategic thinkers and experienced sellers to attract, win, replicate, and deliver innovative business outcomes that continuously improve our own business while helping others grow theirs.
The Enterprise Account Executive is focused on developing new business in the Enterprise eCommerce space. This role will work in tandem with a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive and will be accountable for full cycle deal management including driving pipeline, sales, revenue, and meeting or exceeding a shared quota in the assigned deals across the Enterprise AE and Sr. Enterprise AE's combined territory.
What to expect in your role:
- Partner closely with your Sr. Enterprise AE to develop and execute on a cohesive territory plan, which includes individual account plans
- You will be responsible for developing creative strategies for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across your territory and accounts.
- Own full sales cycle from discovery calls with the C-suite, VPs, and decision makers through to signature and navigating post-signature, ensuring smooth hand-offs to CS and IM teams.
- Serve as a credible SME for prospects, providing education, memorable engagements, compelling content, and thought leadership designed to provide value to prospects, create lasting relationships, and ultimately win new business.
- Demonstrate ability to use data and insights to overcome objections and craft a compelling value-based solution across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner effectively with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Value Engineering, Risk Intelligence, Implementation, and other teams to drive initiatives that support the needs of the prospect throughout the deal cycle.
- Onsite travel to meet prospects in person will be required in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to attend Signifyd and industry specific tradeshows and events to develop and enhance relationships with prospects.
- Consistently update Salesforce (SFDC), leveraging this tool as the single source of truth on prospect accounts and opportunities. Capture timely and detailed call/meeting reports, articulating customer needs, deliverables, and next steps to ensure Partners and leadership team are aware of updates.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record in developing new business across different verticals across enterprise-grade companies
- Successful, established track record of business development experience, specifically with senior leadership and C-level executives, within enterprise sales
- Experience selling $200K+ ACV deals
- Self-starter who can demonstrate development, growth, and expansion of a territory
- Proven track record of effective outbound prospecting, managing complex enterprise sales cycles with accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Data Science, Risk Management, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Value Engineering, and Implementation teams
- Experience with fraud, eCommerce, payments is a plus
- Expected travel: 20%

Compensation Details:
This is a sales role with a 50/50 compensation structure—meaning for every dollar in base salary, there is equal earning potential in commissions when performance targets are met. Commissions are also uncapped.
Equity: This role is also eligible for a stock option grant of up to 3,000 options, based on the position level and internal compensation guidelines.
